SpaceUp Nigeria
Members of The Space Generation Advisory Council SGAC in Nigeria, organised the first ever Nigeria SpaceUp event; held at the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
I was there to witness the event as a participant. We need more of youths and children involvement in the space sector. As a climate change and SDGs Advocate, i believe advancement in Nigeria Space sector would aid research in climate change, health care, Agriculture, waste management, traffic control, urban planning, and many other aspects of Sustainable Development. I would also add, that we teach little children about space technology, to get them interested in the sector and maybe take a career in Space, in the future. I strongly believe that if we all, as individuals, put hands together and do our part, in this drive, we would be able to achieve great things.
